The global pandemic caused by COVID-19 has impacted lives not only across the nation but around the world. Our thoughts are with those who have been impacted.
First responders are a critical component in keeping our communities safe and healthy. Because of the selflessness our police and fire departments demonstrate on a daily basis—and even more so amid this unprecedented pandemic—this past week BCD donated breakfast to all first responders in Buffalo Grove, IL, where the company has its Global Headquarters. Buffalo Grove has one police station and three fire department stations.
“We are thankful for the men and women who serve and protect our communities every day, especially during this difficult time. We hope that this gesture shows our appreciation,” said Chief Executive Officer, Jeff Burgess.
Last month BCD announced their BCDcares initiative, which includes partnering with five different charities along with charities that they have been working with for years. BCD takes great pride in giving back to communities and looks forward to sharing future initiatives.
