BCD Named to Best and Brightest Places to Work for in the Nation

BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. — The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has again honored BCD International as among the Best and Brightest Places to Work in the Nation, marking the second consecutive year BCD has been named to this prestigious list. 

“It doesn’t matter how many times we win this award, it is always exciting to know that what we are doing is appreciated by our colleagues,” said Susan Komarchuk, BCD’s Human Resources Director.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more. NABR, established in 1996, fosters a collaborative environment in which companies and leaders learn best practices, trends, and vital information benefiting the company and its employees well beyond the finances.
